Dalston House (2019)

This Victorian house within a terrace in the De Beauvoir conservation area was completely refurbished and upgraded to modern standards. The ground floor was extended and connected to the external area. A new whole house modern stair was added to unite the modern ground floor extension, the existing traditionally refurbished middle floors and the new loft extension.
